White Labelling

What level of white labelling is included in each plan?

The Free plan shows Teamstreaks branding throughout. Basic allows a custom logo and primary colour. Business unlocks the full colour palette, custom favicon and a custom subdomain. Enterprise provides complete white labelling including custom domain with SSL, custom UI layouts and tailored onboarding flows.

Can I use my own domain with Teamstreaks?

Yes — on the Enterprise plan you can map your own domain (e.g. challenges.yourcompany.com) with full SSL support. Business plans get a custom subdomain on our platform.

Will my users see any Teamstreaks branding?

On Business and Enterprise plans, your users will experience a fully branded environment. On Enterprise, there is zero Teamstreaks branding visible to end users — it looks and feels entirely like your own product.

Integrations

Does Teamstreaks integrate with Microsoft Teams?

Yes! We offer a native Microsoft Teams app that lets users join competitions, log activities and view leaderboards without leaving Teams. It's available on all paid plans.

Can I connect Teamstreaks to our existing HR or wellness tools?

Absolutely. Our Business and Enterprise plans include REST API access and webhooks so you can integrate with HRIS platforms, fitness trackers, Slack, and more.

Is there an API available?

Yes. Business plans include standard API access, and Enterprise plans offer advanced API capabilities with higher rate limits, custom endpoints and dedicated support.

Data & Security

Is Teamstreaks GDPR compliant?

Yes. We are fully GDPR compliant with data processing agreements available for all customers. Enterprise plans include additional data residency options to keep data within specific regions.

What authentication methods are supported?

We support email/password, social login (Google, Microsoft), and for Enterprise customers, SAML 2.0 and advanced SSO integration with your identity provider.

Where is my data stored?

By default, data is stored in EU and US data centres. Enterprise customers can choose dedicated data residency in specific regions to comply with local regulations.

Can we get an on-premise deployment?

On-premise deployment is available exclusively on the Enterprise plan. Contact our sales team to discuss your infrastructure requirements.

Pricing & Plans

Is there a free trial?

Yes! All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. The Free plan is available indefinitely for up to 20 users.

Can I switch plans at any time?

You can upgrade at any time and the change takes effect immediately, with a pro-rated credit for your current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits or education?

Yes, we offer special pricing for non-profit organisations, educational institutions and charities. Contact our sales team for details.
